Immerse yourself in fabulous wine experience by visiting two of Tasmania’s Best Wine Valleys in one day, on our Valleys of Vino Tour with Ageing Barrel Tours.

The Derwent Valley, Tea Tree Valley and Coal River Valley are located half-an-hour from Hobart and feature some of Tasmania’s highest quality cool-climate grapes produced by Elite Winemakers. From green hills and lovely river valleys to a peaceful retreat from city life this tour enables you to try wines from two different regions in the one day as well as tastings of opulent Tasmanian cheeses.

As a guest on our all inclusive full day wine tour you will experience wine tastings at 4 cellar doors (2 in the Derwent Valley/Tea Tree Valley and 2 in the Coal River Valley) as well as a stop at one of Tasmania’s most awarded cheesemakers for an extensive tasting of their cheeses. You will also enjoy a delicious vineyard lunch platter made from local produce, all overlooking the picturesque Coal River Valley.

Departure + Return

We depart at 9.30am sharp, so please ensure you arrive by 9.25am. We have many beautiful Vineyards to visit and we need to make sure we get away no later than our scheduled departure time.

Meet your Tour Host at the Tasmanian Travel & Information Centre, Cnr Davey & Elizabeth Streets, Hobart. Please arrive no later than 9.25am. Our daily tour finishes back at the Tasmanian Information Centre at approx 4.30pm. We also will drop off (upon request) at any CBD hotels.

Tours run with a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 11.
