Changes To Your Booking – You may after you book your tour date up until 48 hours prior to departure, make a change. A $35 per person administration change fee will be payable on any changes to your booking date. If you are unable to book a new tour date immediately we will happily hold the value of your tour in the form of a credit which will be valid for 365 days from the date of original purchase. Once a tour is rescheduled, the administration change fee will be payable and no other changes are available.
Refunds – We do not offer refunds, however for cancelations up to 48 hours prior to departure, we will happily hold the value of your tour in the form of a credit which will be valid for 365 days. An administration change fee will apply. Within 48 hours of departure, cancellations, refunds or rescheduling is unavailable. Once a tour is rescheduled, an administration change fee of $35 per person will be payable and no other changes are available.
Please note the administration change fee does not apply for changes to bookings under our Covid Peace of Mind Policy.
If you are a single traveller and minimum numbers to run the tour (2 people) are not met by midday the day before the tour, you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff and we will arrange a full refund of your ticket price.
